We have so many fears these days: fears for ourselves, our family and friends, and for our world. Sometimes these fears are manifest and sometimes they are beneath the surface, giving rise to anxiety and insecurity. What do we turn to protect us from fear and anxiety? What can we rely upon? According to Buddha’s teachings it is possible to transcend our fears and attain a state of fearlessness.
