The Kadampa practice of meditating on the mind is especially suited for improving concentration. Following in the footsteps of renowned meditation masters, we will use this practice to help us discover our limitless potential for stillness and joy. Offered in November in Millburn Mall, Ridgewood and Shrewsbury.
