ART OF A MEANINGFUL LIFE
Learning to meditate guides us toward a life of great meaning and purpose. We become no longer content with self-centered desires, and instead strive for compassion with others. The meditation on the “supreme good heart” shows us how living creatively for the benefit of others is the key to finding happiness ourselves. A companion to this series is the beloved poem “Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life” by the great 8th century master Shantideva. Everyone is welcome.
Offered in Millburn Mall, Ridgewood and Shrewsbury.
