FROM BUSYNESS TO PEACE
Meditations on the Clarity of Mind
Take a break from the seasonal busyness and experience the inner clarity and peace that is the nature of our mind. Buddha taught that we have a limitless potential to be calm, clear, and positive. Meditating on the mind’s pure nature helps us to relax more deeply, think more clearly, and tap into this potential.
Offered in October in Millburn Mall, Ridgewood and Shrewsbury.
