Healing the Body and Mind
We all want pain to stop. The experience of pain can either intensify or reduce, depending upon our insight into its origin and nature, and whether or not we can make it spiritually meaningful. Buddha explained how to grow spiritually from the experience of pain and he taught effective methods to reduce our mental and physical suffering. In this series, we will explore meditation practices for healing the body and mind. Join us and develop a new attitude towards our experience of pain, making it meaningful and using it to make spiritual progress.
Offered in October in Millburn Mall, Ridgewood and Shrewsbury.
