HAPPINESS FROM A DIFFERENT SOURCE
Faith, blessing and meditation
Meditators can be easily disappointed when their efforts do not yield quick results. Gaining experience of meditation depends upon certain inner conditions that we can create by engaging in preliminary practices. Through integrating these practices into our daily life, our virtuous potentials will be activated and spiritual realizations will grow.
Offered in December in Millburn Mall, Ridgewood and Shrewsbury.
