Dharmachakra Buddhist Center is a Buddhist meditation center in northern New Jersey. We offer instruction in meditation and Buddhist spiritual practice through meditation classes, meditation retreats and special meditation events. Meditation is for everyone, from those who seek relaxation to those who wish to follow the Buddhist spiritual path. We promote the teachings and ideals of Kadampa Buddhism in northern New Jersey.

LIBERATING THE IMAGINATION
Buddha’s teachings on Tantra provide a creative and joyful approach to the spiritual path. Tantra enables us to use our imagination to transform every aspect of our lives into a blissful path to enlightenment. By enabling us to identify with our highest potential, Tantra undermines limiting, ordinary conceptions of ourself and our world. Offered in October in Millburn Mall, Ridgewood and Shrewsbury.

This class is designed for beginners. Each class begins with a simple meditation. During the teaching that follows, the instructor explains what meditation is. The last meditation demonstrates how contemplation works. You will be given a meditation that will help you get started at home. Meditations are guided by the instructor and are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
