Dharmachakra Buddhist Center is a Buddhist meditation center in northern New Jersey. We offer instruction in meditation and Buddhist spiritual practice through meditation classes, meditation retreats and special meditation events. Meditation is for everyone, from those who seek relaxation to those who wish to follow the Buddhist spiritual path. We promote the teachings and ideals of Kadampa Buddhism in northern New Jersey.

TRNSFORMING GRIEF AND LOSS

THE POWER OF LOVE
Through developing inner qualities of love and appreciation, relationships can become a stable and lasting source of happiness.But first, we must gain insight and remedy from the self destructive obsessions of neediness and insecurity. Finally, we can come to appreciate the power of love for spiritual transformation. Learn how to cultivate love through meditation.
Offered in January in Millburn Mall, Ridgewood and Shrewsbury.

This class is designed for beginners. Each class begins with a simple meditation. During the teaching that follows, the instructor explains what meditation is. The last meditation demonstrates how contemplation works. You will be given a meditation that will help you get started at home. Meditations are guided by the instructor and are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Sundays, 2 – 3 pm in Millburn Mall.

FRIDAY MORNING MEDITATION
Meditation can provide a break in our busy lives. Its purpose is to make our mind calm and peaceful. With a sense of inner peace and well-being we can learn to cope with life’s challenges and create new opportunities for growth. Come and enjoy these guided meditation classes. No prior experience is needed.
