Meditation on the Mind’s Ultimate Nature
with Kadam Lucy James
Often we feel stuck in painful habits of thought, and our mind seems to us to be fixed and hard to change. Through Buddha’s teachings and meditations, we can discover the true nature of our mind. We can quickly break free of these self-limiting habits and uncover our boundless potential for joyful transformation.
Kadam Lucy James is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Colorado. She is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, having first met him in 1981.
One of the senior teachers of Kadampa Buddhism, she has taught extensively in England, Florida, and San Francisco, helped edit all Geshe Kelsang’s books, and spent some years on retreat. With her depth of meditation experience, she will offer accessible yet profound guidance to help us increase our inner peace and wisdom.
