We all want to have peaceful, satisfying relationships. However, relationship problems can make our life a living nightmare. By learning to focus inwards instead of on the difficult external circumstances, our relationships will gradually improve. Meditating on positive states of mind, such as cherishing love will create the conditions for happiness for ourselves and others. Learning to meditate as part of a supportive community with positive friends can provide inner protection. Classes build as a series; each one stands alone, and drop-ins are welcome.
